ProjectFigures calculators are provided to help with project quantity, cost, pricing, margin and profit estimates. Results depend on the values you enter and on the assumptions and scope stated by the calculator you use.

Not professional advice

ProjectFigures results are not structural engineering, architectural, legal, tax, accounting, safety-code or professional trade advice. A calculator result does not replace plans, specifications, site inspection, supplier guidance, contract review or advice from a qualified professional when those are required.

Verify project requirements

You remain responsible for checking measurements, local codes and permit requirements, contract terms, supplier quantities and packaging, current prices, taxes, site conditions, installation methods and any professional requirements that apply to your work.

ProjectFigures does not guarantee supplier availability, regulatory approval, site suitability, or final purchase quantities outside the scope and assumptions stated by the selected calculator.

Your inputs and decisions

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of figures you provide. If an estimate will influence a material purchase, bid, contract, safety decision or regulated work, verify the relevant inputs and result before relying on it.

Accounts and ordinary use

Ordinary calculator functionality in the current V1 site is available without requiring an account. Features and product boundaries may change in later releases, in which case the applicable interface and terms should be reviewed again.

Responsible site use

Do not intentionally interfere with the site's operation or security, attempt to bypass technical protections, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law. Normal personal, project and business estimating use is within the purpose of the product.

Site content

ProjectFigures content, calculator presentation and site materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Access to the site does not transfer ownership of ProjectFigures branding or site materials, and copied material should not be presented as official ProjectFigures content.

No jurisdiction-specific terms are implied

These V1 terms intentionally do not name a governing-law jurisdiction, arbitration venue, corporate entity or registered office that the current product does not establish. They describe the product-use boundary rather than pretending to provide jurisdiction-specific legal terms.
