About ProjectFigures
Measure. Price. Quote. Profit.
ProjectFigures is a practical calculator platform for turning real project measurements, prices, rates and business figures into useful planning numbers without hiding the assumptions behind them.
Built for real project decisions
ProjectFigures serves homeowners and DIY users planning materials, contractors and tradespeople pricing work, and estimators or small construction businesses reviewing labor, overhead, quotes and profit. The common rule is simple: your figures remain the starting point.
Transparent calculations
The calculators use deterministic arithmetic with visible units, inputs and assumptions. ProjectFigures does not silently replace your supplier prices, payroll figures or project measurements with a hidden national-average price database.
Where a tool uses waste, extra allowance, density, coverage, margin, overhead or another planning choice, that input is kept explicit so you can see what is influencing the result.

Materials and contractor economics
Material calculators help turn dimensions into quantities and purchase planning. Business calculators help turn known costs into labor rates, job prices, change orders, margin and bid-versus-actual feedback.
The platform is designed as a connected workflow rather than a collection of isolated answers—for example, moving from a material estimate tolabor burden, job pricing andactual profit review.
Practical, mobile-first use
The production shell is designed to work across desktop and mobile layouts with Light, Dark and System themes. Ordinary calculator use in the current V1 release does not require creating an account.
Privacy-conscious by design
Calculator-sensitive work stays client-local where the current product is implemented that way, while optional analytics and diagnostics are controlled by separate privacy choices. Advertising runtime is currently off.
See the Privacy Policy for the implemented data and consent boundary.
